Mr. Faisal Mehmood

Mr Faisal Mehmood started his legal career in 2001 and worked in different jurisdiction in different capacities i.e advocate of lower court, high courts, advisor in citizen advice bureau, advisor for International Human Rights Organization and civil judge and Judicial Magistrate etc.
In 2008, Mr. Mehmood attained qualification as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. As a testament to his legal prowess, he obtained Higher Rights and subsequently, in 2018, qualified as a Barrister from The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, being Called to the Bar. He holds the esteemed designation of Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Mr. Mehmood is recognized for his approachable demeanour and adept representation of clients across various legal proceedings. His strengths lie in advising and representing energy & resources, banking, sports, construction & infrastructure, shipping & trade companies, and institutional investors in disputes encompassing shareholder and joint venture matters, operational issues, and sovereign disputes.

Mr. Haseeb Bilal embarked on his legal journey in 2019 as a practicing lawyer in Pakistan, subsequently augmenting his expertise through bar studies in the United Kingdom. He was duly admitted to the Bar by the esteemed Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Throughout his career,
Mr. Bilal has cultivated a diverse professional background, serving in various capacities across different jurisdictions. His roles have included advocacy in lower and high courts, as well as providing advisory services within citizen advice bureaus. With a focus on advancing his legal acumen, Mr. Bilal pursued a master’s degree in “International Litigation and Dispute Resolution” at City Law School, London. He further honed his skills as an associate to the Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
